Youâll work closely with UA â but your focus is measurement, tracking, and infrastructure, not campaign execution.

Own and improve app attribution & tracking architecture
Debug issues across the full funnel:
Ensure clean and consistent data across:
Design and validate:
Work on Web2App (W2A) flows:
Configure and maintain deep linking / OneLink setups:
Collaborate closely with UA, Product, and Engineering:
Work with subscription & monetization data:
Support UA Managers by ensuring:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid UA for mobile apps
Deep knowledge of: Search & App Campaigns
Social
Programmatic
Alternative / Non-traditional
đ You understand how these networks actually work â not just how to read their dashboards.
Strong experience with MMPs (ideally AppsFlyer)
Solid understanding of:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform:
Comfortable working with separate datasets (App & Web2App) and understanding how they connect
Experience with other environments (e.g. Databricks) is a strong plus

Experience with Xcode or Android Studio
Youâve built or shipped your own apps (side projects count)
Experience using tools like Cursor or Claude Code
ASO & organic uplift knowledge
Exposure to CTV
You know why MMP events donât always work well for tROAS campaigns in Google Ads
Youâve dealt with the quirks of UAC campaigns on iOS
