We act as strategic partners to the business, ensuring compliance while driving efficiency through data and automation. The Role:

As a Finance & Tax Intern, you will dive deep into the world of international corporate taxation and statutory reporting. This isn’t just about “crunching numbers”—it’s about understanding the financial heartbeat of a global tech leader. You will support our tax experts in everything from Direct and Indirect Tax compliance to Transfer Pricing and R&D credits. We are looking for a detail-oriented student who is eager to learn how a modern finance department operates and who isn’t afraid to leverage AI and automation to optimize traditional processes.

The work you’ll do:

• Assisting with Direct Tax compliance obligations and the statutory reporting process.
• Providing support for Indirect Taxation compliance, such as VAT and Sales & Use Tax filings.
• Supporting the assessment of Withholding Tax (WHT) obligations.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation, including Master and Local Files.
• Supporting data gathering and analysis for benchmarking studies and TP calculations.
• Working on Tax Audit readiness and comprehensive data compilation.
• Assisting with documentation and reporting for R&D Tax Credit works.
• Contributing to the development and involvement in AI and Automation tools to optimize tax processes.

The qualifications you need:

• Academic Background: Currently enrolled in the final years of a degree in Law,
• Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience: Prior exposure to an accounting or tax environment is highly valued, but not required.
• Availability & Location: 40h / week 6-12 months located in Madrid
